For the
past 15 years my work has been
focussed on learning about customer
service and how it is used to make a
worthwhile difference. I’ve had the
opportunity to speak at hundreds of
conferences around the world and to
work with organisations of all types
and sizes to help people understand
and utilise the many ways service
can create differentiation, rapid
growth, cultural change, competitive
advantage and better financial
results. But until now almost
everything I’ve done has required me
to be there. This has kept me very
busy but has severely limited the
scope of my work.
I’m
therefore very excited that I can
now offer products and services that
are based entirely on my knowledge
and experience but that don’t need
me to be there for them to be
effective. This has been made
possible as a result of my
collaboration with Chris Humphreys.
He is a specialist in personal and
organisational learning and
development. Together we have
created a range of tools, services
and learning workshops that
individuals and organisations can
now draw on to help them implement a
customer experience focused
strategy.

intend to keep it bang up to date so
